If one component is dead on a power rail, does it take out the whole rail? Say for example PP3v3_S3

Please ignore previous... I just repaired some of the backlight circuit by replacing the fuse and a resistor. Everything seems to have correct voltage until L9701. I'm not getting 50 Volts from there. Replace L9701?

Hi, This Macbook Air has a slightly expanded battery. Trying to determine if it is a board issue or straight battery replace. The board does charge another battery, however PPBUSG3HOT is 15 Volts and so is PPDCIN. Schematic says 18.5V It's been reported the machine is a little slow as well...
