5v_s5 not pulsing steady 5v SMC_RESET_L = 3,3v

pp3v42_g3h stable, ppbus_g3h when F7000 in place goes to 8.68v and goes down to 8.58v smc bypass doesn´t work, the board stays at ,010 amps removed R7552 and SMC_PM_G2_EN still pulsing... PP3V3_S5 pulsing too...

PP1V8_SLPS2R is pulsing too but PP3V3_G3H_PMU_VDDMAIN is stable that should create PP1V8_SLPS2R right?

R9615 and R9617 are not in place R9616 is in place R9618 supposed to be there? isn´t this the enable to U9080 ?

R9618 wasn´t in place, I put a resistor there and now is not even pulsing, at R9618 I get a pulse of ,086v PMU can be responsible for that?

This board has a problem on PP3v42_g3h, when D1900 in place PP342_g3h = 2,2v if I remove D1900 it goes high at 3,42 checked all the resistors involved and their values are OK, the only other thing on that line is U1100 is it worth to do something else? Im using 820-3478 board view and...
